Poodle Skirt Scallop-to DIE-for

Holy Hot Tamale! I saw this video and had to try it out. The tutorial uses the Large Scallop Die, but I find the Scallop Circles #2 works just as well for the traditional card size of 4 1/4 x 5 1/2

I used one of my new favorite colors..... Concorde Crush and of course, a faux metal edged tag was created by dabbing the edges with silver paint.

So cute.

OMG.... I love the owl punch.

Yup, loving the owl punch. Seriously, he's so cute. He is also located on page. 201 of the new 2010-2011 Catalogue. But everytime I see someone use this punch, I want to eat the owls face. I also like that you can make him look 3 shades of crazy if you want to.... or that puppy dog suck up face too. The wings are the scallop oval punch, and not part of the original owl.

New Catalogue Swap 2010

So I hosted a " New 2010-2011 Catalogue Swap" with some fellow demonstrators in Canada, and unfortunately, I am unable to add all the photos for you to see on this blog. HOWEVER, I have created a Shutterfly Blog, that when hitting the link, should take you to the photo album.

I would like to thank everyone who participated, and hope to see more of your work in the upcoming swaps.
